2. ORDERS
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, for example where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, an obvious pricing error has occurred or fraud is reasonably suspected.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the relevant market and include applicable VAT where required by law, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or typographical errors. If such an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where required.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree to a specific delivery date.
Where products are shipped directly by a third-party fulfilment partner or supplier, this may be indicated in the relevant shipping information.
Maison Éloire Cosmetics remains responsible for delivery in accordance with applicable consumer law. Risk of loss or damage does not pass to the consumer merely because an order has been handed to a carrier selected by us.
If an order is delayed, lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
